You must verify the accuracy of the information provided when placing your order, especially the delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for any input errors and their consequences (such as delivery delays or incorrect deliveries). In such cases, any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer. For better tracking, we recommend providing an email address when placing orders.
It is expressly agreed that minors placing orders act as representatives of their parents or legal guardians.
All orders, regardless of origin, are invoiced and payable in Euros only.
Composites 2J informs the vehicle owner or user that installation of products may result in modifications to certain technical characteristics of the vehicle, considered significant modifications under Article R321-16 of the French Highway Code. The owner must submit a request for approval to their local prefecture, which will forward the file to the DREAL, including a description of the modifications made to the vehicle.

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We recommend providing an address where delivery can be received during working hours and a mobile phone number.
Delivery times are average estimates and may vary depending on destination. We are not responsible for supplier stock shortages.
In case of postal delays, we recommend checking with your local post office before contacting us. An investigation may be opened; refunds or replacements are only processed once the investigation is closed.
